[5-DayForum] MA Sale 9/15 & 9/16 - how to decide on fliers andsigns?

Allison,

I've done it both ways. The fliers and signs attract more meanies and
tire kickers. Sometimes they bring in real buyers as well. They always
increase the "action" -- there are no dull moments when 100 different
families vie for your attention over a 2 day period.

I like action. I get it by lowering the starting price rather than
putting up signs and fliers. I don't put up signs and flyers anymore.
The real buyers always find me.
