I would like to know if anyone has tried using the rent to own plan to sell
their investment property in 5 days.

 

Do you run similar adds like you are selling but just change the words to
rent to own?

Do you advertise the rent at discounted amount and the person willing to pay
the highest rent is accepted? How do you handle the option money?

 

Do you advertise the option payment starting at 100.00 and award the person
willing to put down the most money? How do you handle the rental amount?

 

Do you offer rent credit?

 

I have a website to sell my property? I have a 1-877 toll free number and
live answer service. Or do you recommend another method to answer the phone?

 

How do you qualify the prospect?

 

What is the best time to run the add? 1st weekend 2nd , 3rd , or last?

 

First time discussing this with you hopefully you can offer some good
wisdom.
