[5-DayForum] Agent question

My partner and I are going to be selling my parents home for them using the 5 day auction technique. Do we welcome agents with buyers and will a commission be paid to them? In other words, how is this handled in a 5 day auction? Also, my parents are willing to owner finance up to 20% of the sale of their home. What is the best way to market this in the 5 day sale? Would they be able to ask for a higher price since they are willing to owner finance?
