2 is not nearly enough.
Don't shoot yourself in the foot...again.
What you are doing will attract many tire kickers, but there is
absolutely no way to distinguish them from real buyers.
Aren't you an investor?
Didn't you pay more for these properties than any other person in the
world would pay?
There are no retail buyers right now. Everyone is shopping for a
wholesale price.
The financing line has confused your sale. Nobody is buying for cash,
because nobody has to.
Don't reference courthouse auctions. Reference my book. People can
find it bookstores and read it in the aisle without ever buying it.
What you are doing does not even remotely resemble courthouse auctions.
Don't put that thought into their minds. Don't let them know how
desperate you are to sell. Tell them you are using this method because
you believe you will be able to sell your home in 5 Days at a price that
is fair to both you and the buyer.
