hi Bill,
There will only be two of us next weekend with a possible third for part of
the time. I am worried it is not enough as I intend to continue my marketing
this whole week despite the amount of good leads we already have. I want to be
sure to find three end user buyers who will bid on the property. My last sale
did not reach the expected price range because of a lack of end user buyers.
(retail buyers). The investors and other bargain hunters only help generate
interest in my mind, then drop out of the bidding before you get to the retail
level.

The part in the ad where we put in financing accepted was only in reference
in our mind that the buyers did not need to have all cash. I had a few
questions about this in the calls and we just explained that it was not like a
courthouse steps auction where all the buyers needed all cash. we were worried that
some people would assume that and not call us. So we added the financing part.
We are not offering any owner carry on the sale.

I will try and keep you posted next weekend, especially if something comes up
where I need some further advice. Thanks for your help bill!

Jim
