OK, Jim,

You found the time to report back to the list on the previous sale as it 
was underway.

See if you can do it again, and I will try to respond quickly.

There will be a lot of sales this upcoming weekend.

I like the ad, and it's no surprise you already have more responses than 
you need to know you will proceed a week from now.

The extra responses let you know your ad has been seen and believed by 
many people.  But you must understand that even if you get 250 responses 
by Friday night, you will not get a higher price than you would get with 
25 by Friday night.  It's just that you are more likely to believe it 
next Sunday night, and more likely to believe this is the most you can 
get for this property at this time.

How many people will be helping you?  What is the status of your 
"handout"?  I think the financing is a distraction, but how do you plan 
to present it?  Do you think you can make more money off your financing 
than you can make by investing the same amount of money some other way?  
Would you prefer a financing deal over a straight cash deal?
