This has been touched on before.

No need to invite them, they probably won't come anyhow, and they'll 
just be in the way.  But you can describe the results and bring your 
bidding sheets to them.  The process creates extremely authentic 
paperwork.  You just can't make that stuff up.  And you will be the 
outstanding expert on the true current value of your home, so people 
with a financial stake in the outcome are generally interested to hear 
your point of view.

It may not help, but they will listen.
