  Sorry for the multiple posting.  
   
  I am very "green" with forums to say the least.  I must have overlooked your replies.  
   
  My problem is I have a lot difficulty allowing others set a value on something I have spent my time and money on.  But that's my problem.  
   
  I believe I now understand your philosophy on the "minimum" sell price.  It seems that the seller is allowing the crowd you have gathered with the advertising to set the market price, for that weekend.  Further, you believe this is the best price available to the seller at that moment in time.  It might be different Monday or any other weekend.  Under closer examination, this now seems reasonable.  
   
   
  We have house for rent and are going to rent a few with the method..then sell a car to get our nerve up.......then we are going to sell our first house.
   
  If anyone out there in LA ( and I don't mean lower Alabama) has sold with this method, we would love to hear from you.  louisianahome at yahoo.com
