[5-DayForum] FHA to refinace sub prime loans.

USA Today had article in Fridays paper. Says Bush has told FHA to step in
and offer refinancing for sub prime loans with better terms. Says this will
affect 80,000 home owners. Bush has also told FHA to look for ways this can
be expanded even more.
