"We have just finished reading the second addition and are concerned about
using this in Louisiana.  Our state laws are a derivative of the Napoleonic
Code unlike other states where the laws are based on English Common Law.

 

We understand there a few sales here, but would like to talk to or email
others that have sold here using the 5 day method.

 

Additionally,  We have carefully determined our absolute minimum sell price
we can take.  Can we set a minimum (undeclosed) sale price so we do not have
to sell for less than our minimum?
