[5-DayForum] Need Information Regarding Louisiana

Thanks for re-posting.

I thought I did reply, but maybe not.

Many people have used this method in Louisiana.  Napoleonic Code does 
not seem to be a problem.

The 5-Day Method cannot guarantee you the lowest price you could 
possibly take, and working off a reserve will only serve to lower the 
price you will actually get. 

Try to sell your home some other way.  If you get what you want, sell 
it.  If you can't sell it for what you want, use the 5-Day Method when 
you are prepared to take what you can get.
