[5-DayForum] 5 day in tennessee

We are going to run a 5 day sale two weeks before
Thanksgiving.

Im hoping to post on here how things go.  I've seen
nothing in the archives about this in TN

a couple questions:
1.  we are, unfortunately already signed with an
agent.  I've decided to just go ahead and do the 5 day
sale and either live with the 6% or come to a
different arrangement with the broker, perhaps a 3% to
simply handle closing side of the sale.

2.  is the week before thanksgiving a good time to do
a sale? I'm thinking people will be in a good mood
with thanksgiving coming up but not have left for
thanksgiving fun.
