Hi Lisa,

I am VERY interested in your sale, as we have a duplex in Lehigh Acres that we are planning to do the same.  Do you have a realtor working with you? A contractor? Suppose you don'[t get 25 responses - will you still fly down there? How much time are you giving yourself before the sale to make sure everything is in place? 

When we did our sale of a vacant house here in Charlotte we bought some of those chairs in a bag so that people could sit and read the material. Also so that we had somewhere to sit during the slow periods. The people tended to want to sit and discuss their bids with each other (husbands and wives, I mean) as they were at the Round Robin clipboard. 

I hope your sale is successful - we'll be following in your footsteps. When is it?

  Hello,
   Quick question. We are flying to Florida and our tenants are moved out and no furniture. So we will have standing room only w/ a snack bar separating the living room from the kitchen.
   Should we go to get 2 couple inexpensive chairs and small table or have it open with everyone standing as the closer talks to potential bidders?!
