[5-DayForum] Selling in Las Vegas

Hi,

We are selling a home in a golf community in northern Las Vegas and wonder
if anyone can give us information about how a 5-day might be received given
the market there-lots of foreclosures and real bargains, even on newer
construction. . We live in MN. Our daughter was living in the house and no
longer does. It is two years old with many upgrades, is empty now and in
good shape. It's situated about 25 minutes from the Strip to the south and 3
wildlife preserves/mountains to the north and west. . We will be going out
next week to conduct the sale with two of our adult children. Also, if you
have any recommendations for a settlement agent. I've talked to two
companies and they said the closing costs would be around $2000. Nevada does
not require a lawyer, but one of the settlement agents I talked to is also a
lawyer. It seems to me that is the best of both worlds. Any thoughts?
