We have got  20 responses from craigslist 10 from the newspaper and 8 from
fliers put up at some state dept buildings. We are expecting a good turn out
Sat for  home inspection. Hopefully the classified add will draw more
interest this weekend. Regardless, we have our 3 serious bidders out of the
interest shown already,according to Bill's 5day model. The housing market is
in pretty good shape here (comparatively)so I am confident we will sell our
house Sunday night. I will check back in and let you know how it goes.
So far it has been great,even the local real estate agents think this is a
good way to sell a house.
