Well the bidding is over and unfortunatley it didnt get past 226500. Not nearly what we needed and not near market value for this area.
The good points are we got alot of interest in our house. People loved the way it is decorated and the layout. So we will put it up for sale by owner and im sure it will sell at market value.
My synopsis is we attracted alot of dreamers and curious people and not enough serious buyers. I know they are out there.Im going to focus on the 1000s of state workers that work only a mile away from our house and I now realise it is going to take more than 5 days to sell. 
All in all it was a positive experience that went off without a hitch, we followed the book to the T except we didnt take the high bid on sunday night.
