well the open house is winding down. we filled up 2 bid sheets so far. we opened at 1 today and have had as many potential buyers today as we had all day saturday . I feel we have a few more solid bidders today.my wife is showing the house right now to a prospect. so far the highest bid is 210500  most people write in "open" on the bid amount since that is what the @st bidder did...@ can't wait for the round robin at 8.I feel good about the process so far.everyone thinks its a great way to sell a home. the neighbors are real curious about all the traffic to the home.btw. we are selling the place completely furnished and that seems to be a bonus for the buyer. I will let you know the results of the rr bidding. shane
