we had 12 visitors today,all were positive visits the high bid was 210,000 and one wrote "in the200s". our neighbor was the last visit and they may try the 5 day method.  a friend who helped out today said we had more people thru our house in 5 hourd than he had in 3 months with  agent representation.       so far its a great success and feel we have 2 people very interested in our house.
