By the way, I just watched it and was a little disappointed in the couple 
who sold their house. They didn't have people write down a bid, so I wasn't 
sure that they understood the system. It was not mentioned that the 
advertised price is half what you think it's worth, and if I heard 
correctly, they got $210,000 and advertised at $199,000. That doesn't sound 
like a great success. I guess they were happy, or they wouldn't have been on 
Phil Donahue!
