Derek,
Don't sell them all at the same time to different buyers. They will
compete with each other. Sell the least expensive first. Tell buyers
you don't know if you will sell the others using this method, it depends
on the price the first one goes for. Even if the first one goes cheap,
sell the second one. People will know you are really going to sell, and
the second will go for proportionally more. By the time you get to the
best units you will be able to do as well as possible with them, and on
the last unit, when they're gone, they're gone.
Don't sell 4 weeks in a row. Put some distance between the sales,
preferably not selling another until you have closed on the first.
