yes the Voice -- you can do online for free but pay for print.  Times over the WSJ for sure.

Hmmmm.... about the neighborhood description, I'd probably call it Union Square to appeal to a greater group of buyers.  About marketing your apartment, how about the Voice?  Also, I think many people look at they Times for real estate but not the Journal.  Just my opinion.
