I am in Sarasota Florida and have conducted 3 separate 5 day sales. Two in Orlando near Disney, and one here in Sarasota. Sadly in all three cases the highest bid never reached 20% more than the starting price. I started off at 50% of the price I wanted to achieve. I also had over 200 people through the doors, but only had 10 bids.
 
I wish you more luck than I had, but you are right the Florida market right now is screwed.

  Jeff and Donna are lucky to have you and your students to help sell their home . I wish them good luck . I wish there was someone like you in Lehigh Acres, Florida because it is one of the most challenging markets I have ever seen.

   Some suggestion I read was to post our ad in local areas around town : 

Fitness clubs , coffee shops .

   Any other suggestions ?!
