You repeated the word "home" so many times that it felt awkward to me. Can you reword it to sound less repetitive? I would have liked a poetic description - "picture yourself sipping your morning coffee in the cozy breakfast nook while gazing out at the peaceful golf course imagining that hole in one you're going to hit later in the day" or something like that.
In the detailed description I missed garage? bathrooms and what's in them, closets? lot size?
When we did it I included a few prices of comps in the neighborhood in the detailed description. I also included window measurements as well as room sizes and mentioned that this was to "help you plan your furniture placement and decorating ideas."
Your house looks beautiful. I wish you the very best of luck in selling it this weekend.
