I wake up scared every morning wondering if this method can work. The price seems so low. But so far every step we take brings us to experiences that I've read about in the book. Somehow that's comforting.
Without the help of Kyle and his students, I would be panicked at this phase of the sale.
Countdown to Sunday night------3 Days
One interesting thing I've found out is that it is much harder to find bulletin boards for posting our house ad. King Soopers has very few stores left with a posting board. Also, coffee shops used to be good and now it's mostly Starbucks and they don't have boards.
The best and almost only places I found were the YMCA and fitness clubs. Most of them have great places to post ads. I got two calls from the 10 places I posted and both are coming so it was worth the time and gas.
Kyle said these have been good ways to advertise in the past. So thanks Kyle, for suggesting this. Donna
