I ddn't have a successful 5 Day Sale. The highest bidder flaked out on me and after all that I decided that I would just rent it for a while and sell when the market is better. I could go with the backup offer but frankly it's not that tempting.
   
  However.. the good news is I place an ad for rent on Craigslist, got back from lunch, and already had a pile of responses. It looks like I can pick and choose my tenants. A 5 Day Sale for rentals would be hot.
