[5-DayForum] 5 day sale in metro Denver

Well, we are underway with our first 5day sale.  Its scary and exciting at
the same time.  Luckily, we have Kyle and his students helping us along the
way.  Our sale is Sat/Sun (10/20-21/07).  We already have 12 contacts, so
things are looking up.  So far, all the Internet ads have produced 10
contacts.  Newspaper 1 and ads posted in the local health clubs 1.

We have experienced many of the items talked about in the book like getting
an offer the first day of ad and one party wanting to see the property
before sale.  I went to the book for the responses and also Kyle is a great
resource.

We will keep you posted.
