The 5 day probably won't work as written. The forum is censored by those who stand to profit from it. You need more time for ad's and inspection times and days, and a higher starting bid based on what $ you are hoping for, and disclosure, and target your buyer, who would buy it at what discount. The 5 day is a one size fits all non-solution, and in most cases will not net any more than using a Realtor, and not worth all the hassle.
