Bill,

I just bought your book and I can't wait to try it out.  Will your program work for multiple properties?

I have a 4 unit Condo I have renovated with a business partner.  We have tried to sell these this year with a few challenges...

No luck so far.  I don't believe they were priced right for the slowing market to begin with and they where not completely finished.

Now they are completely finished and the price has been reduced by 10%.  Still no luck with our current realtor...

I say, get rid of the realtor and do 5-Day Sale!

Will it work with multiple units?  What if anything so I do different?  

By the way...I am already getting set for a 5-Day Sale on another house I own and am anticipating a productive sale.

I need your advice.
