[5-DayForum] Advertising

Henry,

Look at my reply to Erin in Florida. The critical elements in 5-Day
Sales are starting low enough and ensuring you will reach all 3 buyers
prepared to pay the highest price in the current market. It is possible
to sell your home in 5 Days without achieving both of these goals, but
you do not get the highest offers.

At the present time it appears people have to spend around $1000 in
targeted advertising, whether they live in New York City or rural Alaska.

It's just a rule of thumb, but you should think about it.
