Hi Ven,

I'm setting up my first 5Day this week on an investment property. In my paper ad I wrote "Move-In Ready" as was suggested by someone here a few weeks ago. I used to live in Murray and my investment mentor lives in Sandy. Oh, I miss the mountains! Best wishes!!!

There are some houses that sell for next to nothing and others that sell in the 400-500 thousands. The home is in Salt Lake City near Trolley Square. It's a great location. I've been told by various realtors that $400K is not an unreasonable request. It's a beautiful old victorian that's newly rehabbed. My fear is if I advertise at 50%, I'll only attract other investors who think this is tear down or home in need of rehab instead of one that has been completely updated. Any suggestions for what I can do to avoid this?

 Ven
