Just placed the paper ad with the Gville Sun which also gives me space in two neighborhood papers and the online site starting Wed.  All 4 for $166!  Of course, I chose the 14 day run and will just cancel it early without penalty.  My ad is as close to the book's as I had space for (22 characters per line!?!).  I too have committed myself to following the book exactly (skipping Sunday is allowed).  My offer price is $49500, although I could have gotten away with $75,900.  I have my settlement agent in place and I'm gathering reinforcements for the inspection.  I'm sure all these details don't mean much to y'all, but it makes me feel accountable when I post it to the forum.  Now I've gotta get my husband to finish cleaning up the front yard...
