[5-DayForum] Donald Trump says Buy

I saw Donald Trump on a show last night. When questioned about real estate he said now is the time to start snapping up real estate. Everyone is negative and not much is selling exactly when you want to buy. You can 'squeeze' out great deals, fix them up, rent them and hold. 
   
  He also believe we have 6 months to 1 year before things turn. He gave advise to someone trying to sell their property to take it off the market and hold for a while if they could.
