Hi All:
While the LV market is experiencing a significant price correction, it should be noted that over the past 5 years property values had appreciated over 80%!
Year-over-year appreciation during this five (5) year period was still very healthy.

Yes I know things are in dire straits here indeed, and prices have dropped tremendously. But I was under the impression that this system worked anywhere in any market. And, I still think it will, and I won't give up. The RJ probably, actually sucks, and as you said, the Craigslist seems to be getting some solid action. I actually sold a house through Craigslist, so you may even want to consider normal advertising with them. Of course, you can only get what you can get, so that means if you want to sell, you have to offer todays price --- low, low, low (and usually at a significant loss). I know I will lose at least 40K per house on several houses.People are still shopping and buying, but not that many and only at the low low prices. I think I will try again, but I don't know where I will advertise.......I responded to an inquiry about leasing, and Bill said that using the 5 day method yielded great results.............as I am writing this I am thinking about doing a lease option with the 5 day method.
