Thanks for asking. It's fine with me if people wish to discuss or post
their homes for sale. Most sellers are also buyers. Properly run 5-Day
Sales are the fairest way to both buy and sell a home. The more
informed people on this list are about actual conditions and results all
over the country, the better.
Make the subject line clear so other people can just press the delete
key if the content is not what they want to see.
Always sign a name (it can be a nickname if you don't want to post your
real name--just something so that others can follow long threads).
