The 1-st inspection day is over. I had 4 parties inspected my house. 3 of them placed a bid. The highest bid is $100,000 (which is basically what I advertised for). The lady who placed $100,000 looks like a real buyer but I don't know how far she would go. I will keep you updated tomorrow.
