sounds like insanity to use this program for rentals, but just keep in mind 
the following: I have rented property for many years; its not all about who 
will pay the best price with rentals; in fact; I would take less money for better 
tenants.  Some Tenants are flat out willing to throw money at you and give 
you WHATEVER you want; and they will have it at first; that may be your last 
payment as they then use your house as a free-for-all as they destroy it. BELIEVE 
ME.  I HAVE BEEN STUPID MANY TIMES AND LISTENED TO THEIR WOES, LET THEM IN, 
ONLY TO BE DEVASTATED LATER.  THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO PETS AS THEY BRING THEIR 
PITBULLS, ONLY ONE PERSON AS THEY BRING THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY, NO SMOKING AS 
THEY LIGHT UP THEIR TWO PACKS A DAY.............
