[5-DayForum] Tell callers price goal?

I think it would not be out of line to say that other houses in the 
neighborhood have sold for $$$$. However, if you say you expect $$$$ and 
they were hoping for $$ they just won't show up. Maybe if they fell in love 
with your house they would manage to come up with the $$$$.
Also, if they are there they will add to the desirability of your house to 
other prospective buyers.
