[5-DayForum] Why not use a realtor?

Last week there was a lot of discussion about the use of the MLS.  You  may 
want to check the archives.  I'm wondering if you read the book as the  process 
is very, very different from a standard FSBO and a standard listing on  the 
MLS with an agent.  The process is very intense.  I doubt you'd  find an agent 
willing to devote the time and effort and passion required to get  the job 
done effectively and get the best price.  
I also buy and sell houses and use agents.  Some of them are  great.  I'm 
getting ready to use this method soon as i see it's value for  certain 
properties.  I'll probably use agents for some and the 5-day for  others.
