[5-DayForum] Any sales in Iowa?

I just picked up the book at Barnes & Noble this afternoon and was very
impressed and I believe this is an excellent way to sell a house.  I wish I
knew about it sooner!

Has anyone used this method in Iowa, more specifically Des Moines area?
Just interested in learning the effective marketing ideas in the area!
