Bill,
I am in Denver and I just put my ad in the Rocky Mountain news for
Wednesday. Due to letter and line constraints I couldn't put the add
just as the book says. Will this break my sale?

The Ad is listed under the Littleton (my city) homes for sale section
of the paper and reads:

           BY OWNER
      5/BR 3/Bth Ranch
      Big Kitch, Theatre
$149,500 or Best Offer
   Inspect Sat-Sun 10-5
   Will Be Sold Sunday
    HIGHEST BIDDER
         720-922-3181

Thanks for your feedback,

Christina
