Do I or does anyone for that matter need to be a Realtor or Broker to claim to 
be an Auction Consultant ?

I can see where there would be a need for this type of help to FSBO's as well as 
house that have expired listings.

I am in the process of putting together the 5 day sale method on a property 
which I have had listed for two half months, 
and not offers . Lets see what happens .
Will keep the forum up to date.

I will be placing the ad in a local Internet paper / and News Channel Classified 
ads.
and go from there .
