Yes, Galina, all calls count.

However, because you started early you must have a "strong" 25 calls by Friday night.  If I said you must have 25 calls within the first 3 days of starting your advertising you should have 25 calls by Wednesday night.  But you probably won't.  Wednesday through Friday are stronger real estate advertising days than Monday through Wednesday.  People who start on Wednesday continue to get more calls on Saturday and Sunday than those who start earlier.

The long and the short of it is that given your strong start you probably have started low enough and targeted your advertising properly.  If you get 25 by Friday night after starting on Wednesday you can be quite sure the 3 real buyers will show up and bid.  They may well be in there if you start on Monday and get 25 calls by Friday, you just can't be as sure.

I got 11 calls already, but some of these calls were about that the person cannot come or not sure if would be able to come. Should I count these contingent calls toward 25?
