[5-DayForum] Digest Mode

If you are getting too much email from this list, you can switch to
"Digest" mode--a single email containing all the email sent back and
forth since the previous digest.


1.  Go to the main website:

www.5-DayForum.com

2.  Click on the blue words "Your Account" on the left side of the home
page.

3.  Fill in the email address of your subscription in the box provided
for "Unsubscribe or edit options" at the bottom of the page.

4.  Follow the instructions.


Please note, you can change several other options to make the 5-Day
Forum work better for you.  You can switch the options back and forth at
will, at any time.
