[5-DayForum] Fixer Upper

I buy "fixers" in my area that the general public doesn't want.  I've  
noticed that many times, the general public cant seem to get over the "eeeewww  
factor."  So, make sure you spend a lot of time on making sure it's clean  and as 
odor-free as possible.  That's free!
