bILL:

I will be using the 5-Day method to sell my out-of-state home the weekend of
November 10th.  I put an ad in the paper listing my 800# and extension, so
that those calling can get additional information.  Unfortunately the
marketing firm reponsible for setting up this procedure failed to change the
opening greeting which I know will confuse callers; there's nothing in the
opening greeting to direct callers to the extension.  I've tried to correct
this problem but the marketing firm is closed for the weekend.
Note: I ran the ad from weekend to weekend because it was cheaper (believe
it or not) than running it for the 5 days.
Can you offer any help.
