Roger,

There is no problem attracting buyers at any price level provided only 
that you offer your condo for 50% of the current market value, and not 
50% of what you once thought your condo was worth.  Today the current 
market valuation will be lower, and you can only get today what it's 
worth today.

There are more than enough buyers at the current market value, and you 
can find them with simple classified ads placed in local media.  The 
real buyers will find you, and they will tell you exactly what your 
condo is worth in the current market in just 5 Days.
