I have a penthouse condominium on the ocean in Daytona Beach. I have  
read and reread the book and the system just makes sense to me. My  
only concern is that this market is so soft, I wonder if I can really  
attract a buyer for a condo in the 1.4 million dollar range with  
simple newspaper ads. The condo is empty, as we moved to a house  
several months ago. It is clean and bright and over 4400 square ft in  
size. Any special instructions or suggestions?
