Search the archives using Google.

Put into the search box:

"will be sold Sunday night" Tennessee

Repeat the search using omitted results.  You should get more than 100 
5-Day Sales in Tennessee

To get more 5-Day Sales, put in the Google Search box:

"Will be Sold Sunday Night"

You should get more than 2000 hits.

To find a specific 5-Day Sale put in the Google search box:

5-DayForum: Maryville TN

You should get more than 25 hits on one specific sale from the 5-Day 
Forum archives.

6% is a lot to give away, especially if you are already giving away a 
lot by waiting for your broker to come up with a sale that will never 
happen while the market continues to move further and further down from 
the contract price.

Brokers who perform services as part of 5-Day Sales are worth money.  
Brokers who just watch and collect commissions are not, and make it less 
likely you will take the high bid on Sunday night.

See if you can work something out with your broker.
