I found that having a mortgage broker at a 5-day sale is great for the mortgage broker seeking leads, but doesn't benefit the 5-day seller.? It?may even have a negative effect on the bidding, as I believe Bill has?said previously on this forum.

A key concept of the 5-Day Sale method is that the seller is only interested in qualifying the high bidder after the Round Robin is over.??If a financing problem surfaces at that time, the seller has the option to move on to the second highest bidder.?

Why complicate your Saturday and Sunday needlessly??

Ola,

?

I dont speak for Bill, but I've been on the Forum for a while and he advises against having a mortgage broker at your house.? He thinks the focus should be on finding the 2 or 3 serious bidders and conducting the round-robin Sunday evening.? He believes the broker is a deterrent.? Hopefully, Bill will answer this more fully later today.

About sales in the first half of November, they usually go well.? Perhaps people want to have a new home for the holiday season.

?

I wish you the best of luck in getting your price.

?

Danielle
