5-Day Sales like this have not been working.  It is extremely difficult 
to find 25 targeted buyers, or 3 real buyers for properties like yours 
at this time.

Let's talk real numbers, and maybe we can save you a lot of time and 
trouble.

5-Day Sales are not like Hail Mary Passes -- you don't have a prayer of 
connecting with a real buyer if there are no real buyers.

Using real numbers, why are you selling at this time.  Do you really 
think you can sell now for what you must get?
